We provide students and teachers with complete control over their accounts and data. You can delete your account permanently at any time:
• Student Account Deletion: Students can navigate to their Profile page in the Student Portal and choose "Permanently Delete Account" with password confirmation. This immediately deletes all personal data, submissions, attendance records, wallet balances, and active sessions.
• Teacher Account Deletion: Teachers can navigate to the Teacher Profile page and select "Delete Teacher Account" with password confirmation. This removes the public profile, courses, materials, subscriptions, and associated assistant accounts.
We maintain rigorous security practices including encrypted SSL connections, rate-limiting on authentication attempts, and strict role-based access control to safeguard your data against unauthorized access.
